Prepare a batter with 200 g of flour, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper
Add enough white wine to obtain a thick cream and 2 egg whites beaten until stiff peaks
Chop the cod and mix it with boiled potatoes, abundant nutmeg, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of flour, salt, and pepper
Form meatballs with this mixture, dip them in the batter, and fry them in well heated oil
