

Cod meatballs are a delicious fish dish, perfect for a light yet tasty dinner. The cod is mixed with potatoes, eggs, nutmeg and flour, creating a soft and flavorful dough. The meatballs are then cooked in a pan with white wine and olive oil, becoming crispy and golden. To be served as a second course accompanied by a fresh green salad.






Prepare a batter with 200 g of flour, 2 yolks, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper
Add enough white wine to obtain a thick cream and 2 egg whites beaten stiff
Mince the cod and mix it with the boiled potatoes, abundant nutmeg, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of flour, salt and pepper
Form meatballs with this mixture, dip them in the batter and fry them in well-heated oil
