Salt Cod with Cauliflower is a classic dish of Italian tradition. The salt cod, mainly caught in the Mediterranean Sea, is paired with cauliflower to create a unique marriage of flavours. This dish is typical of the Campania region, but loved throughout Italy.
Cut the salt cod into small pieces and put it in a pan with oil, tomatoes cut into quarters, olives, capers, chopped anchovy, parsley and basil
Cook over low heat
Meanwhile boil the cauliflower cut into quarters
When cooked, add the cauliflower and serve
