Consommé is a tasty traditional French first course, made with minced beef and aromas, which is filtered to obtain a clear and transparent soup. Perfect to enjoy during cold winter days.
Ingredients
- Minced beef
300G - Egg whites
2 - Leek
1 - Carrot
1 - Celeryto taste
- Beef broth
250Cl
Preparation

In a pot, place the minced meat, chopped vegetables, and egg whites
- STEP 2 OF 7
Pour in the cold broth and mix well
- STEP 3 OF 7
Place on the heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil
- STEP 4 OF 7
Lower the heat and let it cook for about an hour
- STEP 5 OF 7
Then strain the broth with a cloth
- STEP 6 OF 7
If you want to add flavor, add a tablespoon of dry sherry to each cup
- STEP 7 OF 7
Accompanying wines: no wine because the consommé is designed to cleanse the taste buds
