In a saucepan heat 4 tablespoons of oil with the peeled garlic and chopped parsley; add the crab meat in pieces, let it release its flavor, stir and pepper, add the chopped tomatoes, salt, cook for 15 minutes and then blend everything.
Cook the pasta al dente, toss it in a pan with the sauce and serve.
