Crepes are a delicious French specialty made of thin, soft pancakes filled with various ingredients. They are perfect as an appetizer or as a light main course. Crepes can be filled with cheeses, ham, mushrooms and much more. They are incredibly versatile and can be adapted to personal tastes.

Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt, add 125 g of flour and thin with a quarter of a liter of milk; let rest for half an hour (very important!)
Heat a small 15 cm diameter pan, brush it with butter, pour in a ladle of batter off the heat and tilt to spread it over the bottom; return to the heat and cook the crepe on both sides
