- 2500 g duck ready for cooking
1 - Pinot bianco sparkling wine
25Cl - Onion
1 - Carrot
1 - Garlic
1Clove - Butter
50G - Olive oilto taste
- Apples
2 - White grapes
1Bunch - Saltto taste
- Pepperto taste
Preparation

Salt the duck inside and out; place it in a baking dish with butter, crushed garlic, and oil, and cook in a hot oven at 210 degrees for 1 hour
