Boil 250 g
of dried peas soaked for 3 hours in 2 l
of water with a little salt, a pig's trotter, a pig's ear, and 50 g
of bacon
After 1 hour, add 2 peeled and diced potatoes, 2 chopped celery stalks, 1 sliced onion, and 1 leek cut into rings
Simmer for 45 minutes and add 2 sliced sausages
Bring back to a boil and remove from heat
