
Endive with Anchovy and Tomato

- Belgian endive (endive)
400G - Garlic
2Cloves - Anchoviesto taste
- Cherry tomatoes
150G - Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Saltto taste
- Pepperto taste
- Yogurt sauce
Preparation

Clean the endive and wash it well, then roughly drain it and blanch it in salted boiling water
- STEP 2 OF 3
Meanwhile, brown the garlic cloves in the oil with the softened anchovies to which the crushed cherry tomatoes are added
- STEP 3 OF 3
Let them wilt a bit, add the squeezed endive, salt, pepper, and let it season for 10 minutes
