Clean the fennels and cut them into wedges
Place them in a pot with the garlic which will later be removed
Add half a glass of wine, 1/2 glass of water and oil. Season with salt and cook covered for about 20 minutes on low heat
Serve hot, sprinkled with oregano and chopped parsley
