
Fried artichokes are a classic side dish of Italian cuisine. The artichoke hearts are cleaned and cut into thin slices, then dipped in beaten egg and flour. Finally, they are fried in plenty of olive oil until golden and crispy. A simple dish to prepare but with an irresistible flavor.

Turn them and let them brown, drain them crispy, salt them and serve them
