Cut the carrots into thick rounds and set them aside for a quarter of an hour in salted water
Chop the shallots and sauté them with butter in a pan
When they are well wilted, add the strained juice and the grated zest of the lemon
Let it flavor, add the salted carrots, peppered moderately, and cook for another 10 minutes
Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with a bit of sesame seeds toasted in the oven for a few minutes and chopped parsley
