Cut the carrots into slightly thick slices and set them aside in salted water for fifteen minutes
Chop the spring onions and sauté them with butter in a pan

Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with some sesame seeds toasted in the oven for a few minutes and chopped parsley
