
Lemon Glazed Carrots

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Cut the carrots into slightly thick slices and set them aside in salted water for fifteen minutes
- STEP 2 OF 6
Chop the spring onions and sauté them with butter in a pan
- STEP 3 OF 6
When they are well softened, add the filtered juice and grated zest of the lemon
- STEP 4 OF 6
Let it flavor, add the salted and moderately peppered carrots, and cook for another 10 minutes

Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with some sesame seeds toasted in the oven for a few minutes and chopped parsley
