Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour with the beaten egg whites, yeast, salt, and enough beer to obtain a soft batter

In a pan, heat plenty of oil and fry the calamari after dipping them in the batter

When they are well golden, dry them on absorbent paper and serve them very hot, sprinkled with white pepper
