Cook the cappelletti in salted water
Chop the spring onion, oregano, carrots and parsley and sauté them in the oil; add the sausage and the minced beef
Let cook for about twenty minutes and then add the tomatoes
Cook for about half an hour so that the sauce becomes thick
Pour the cappelletti into the sauce and serve
