Sauté the minced garlic in a little oil, add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes
Add the capers, chopped anchovies, chopped olives, and parsley
Salt and cook for 5 minutes
Mix the boiled artichokes, cut into thinner wedges, with the sauce, pour them into a greased baking dish, and mix in the cheese
Drizzle with a bit of oil and gratin in the oven for 15 minutes
