    Clean the cardoons thoroughly, wash them and cook them in salted water

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Once cooked, cut the cardoons into pieces about 5/6 cm long

    Place them in a buttered baking dish, cover with béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grana cheese, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown
