Preparation

Soften the onion in 10 g of butter, add the mushrooms and sliced bacon

Season with sherry, stock cube, and pepper

In the remaining oil and butter, cook the scaloppine

Add the salted herbs, place them in a baking dish, and cover with the mushrooms
