Gratinated Steaks are a delicious dish of breaded and baked veal. The tender and juicy meat pairs perfectly with the crunchiness of the breading and the softness of the cheese. The steaks are enriched with a creamy and flavorful sauce made with liquid cream, onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Perfect to serve as a main dish or to offer at a special dinner.

Chop the onion and sauté it in half the butter, seasoning it and cooking slowly while adding a ladle of broth; let the broth absorb gently.
Then strain the sauce, mix in the cheese and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, bind with cream and stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Meanwhile, brown the slices in the remaining butter, place them in a baking dish and spread them with the cheese mixture.
Put in the oven for about 15 minutes to gratinée.
