Finely chop the onion and parsley
Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces
Put the onion in a pan with a little oil and lightly brown it
Add the green beans, add the white wine and, once it has evaporated, add the tomatoes, season with salt and finish cooking over low heat
If necessary, add vegetable broth
When cooking is almost complete, add 1 knob of butter and the parsley
