Green lasagna, a typical dish of Italian cuisine, is a lasagna prepared with green pasta and ragù.
Prepare the lasagna as usual
Sauté the vegetables with oil, butter, and chopped bacon; add the minced meat
When the meat has taken on a nice golden color, add the tomato sauce and milk
Salt, pepper, and cook over very low heat for about 2 hours
Finally, add the prosciutto crudo cut into pieces
Season each layer of lasagna, just boiled and cooled in cold water, with a bit of ragù, a bit of béchamel, and a lot of Parmesan
Last layer only béchamel
Bake until a golden crust forms
