A delicious Mexican dish featuring grilled chicken with avocado sauce. Perfect for a summer dinner or to celebrate the Fourth of July, and it's nickel-free!

Heat the gas grill or charcoal grill.
In a medium bowl, combine the taco seasoning mix, oil, lime juice, and honey; mix well.
Brush the mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken quarters.
When the grill is heated, place the chicken on the gas grill over medium heat or on the charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from the medium coals.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning frequently.
Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients; mix well.
Serve the sauce mixture with the chicken.
Recommended wine: Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sparkling Rosé
