Grilled Mortadella is a classic Italian dish prepared by grilling mortadella and serving it hot. This recipe is very simple to make and requires very little time. It is a tasty and succulent dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or as a main course. The grilled mortadella becomes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while Parmigiano cheese and balsamic vinegar add rich, harmonious flavor notes.

Have the deli cut 4 slices of Mortadella, making sure they are at least 1 cm thick
Place the slices on a very hot grill set over a brazier or, for convenience, on a regular stovetop griddle and grill them on both sides for a few minutes
Arrange the still-warm Mortadella slices on individual plates, sprinkle them with shavings of Parmigiano cheese and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar, then serve immediately
