
Grilled Rabbit

- Young rabbit cut into 4 pieces
11 - Sliced bacon
100G100G - Olive oil
6Tablespoons6Tablespoons - Lemon juice
2Tablespoons2Tablespoons - Garlic
1Clove1Clove - Chopped dried sageto taste

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of oil with the lemon juice, chopped garlic, sage, a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of freshly ground pepper

Then brush the rabbit pieces with the remaining oil and wrap them with the bacon slices

Place them on the grill and roast them on all sides over hot coals; then raise the grill and continue cooking for 25-30 minutes, turning and brushing them often with the prepared emulsion
