
Grilled shrimp tails with tomato are a delicious second course made from fresh shrimp marinated in lemon juice and spices, then grilled and served with a slightly spicy tomato sauce. An irresistible dish that combines the taste of the sea with the intense flavor of tomatoes.



Take a bowl, mix together the wine, onion, lemon juice, and oil
Soak the shrimp in it and let marinade for about 1 hour in the fridge
Get a heavy-bottomed pan, pour in the oil and heat over medium-high heat
Add garlic, spring onions, hot green peppers, and ginger and cook for 2 minutes, being careful to stir continuously
Add coriander and mustard after 1 minute
Add the tomatoes and cook for another minute, then turn off the heat and stir in the vinegar and brown sugar
Let the mixture rest in a sauceboat
Heat the grill and thread the shrimp onto skewers two at a time
Give a light brush with the marinade and cook for about 3 minutes, keeping them 3 cm away from the heat
They should become opaque
Prepare a bed of rice on a serving plate and serve
