
Drain the tofu and wrap it in a damp cloth to remove excess water. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce with BBQ Veggie and crushed chili. Add the cubed tofu and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes and zucchini, season with oil, lemon, BBQ Vegetables and iodized salt. Sauté on a hot grill for a few minutes. Add some mint leaves.
Grill the tofu on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve the grilled tofu with the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds and BBQ Veggie.
Consume immediately
For an extra touch, it is recommended to serve with a spicy sauce or vegan mayonnaise.
