  • Soy sauce4tablespoons
  • Tomatoes200g
  • Zucchini2unit
  • Tahini1tablespoon
  • Lemon1unit
  • Crushed chilito taste
  • Bbq veggieto taste
  • Iodized sea saltto taste
  • Bbq vegetablesto taste
  • Sesame seedsto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Drain the tofu and wrap it in a damp cloth to remove excess water. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce with BBQ Veggie and crushed chili. Add the cubed tofu and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Cut the tomatoes and zucchini, season them with oil, lemon, BBQ Vegetables, and iodized salt. Sauté on a hot grill for a few minutes. Add a few mint leaves.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Grill the tofu on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve the grilled tofu with the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds and BBQ Veggie.
