Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Clean and wash the grouper, removing the fins

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Arrange a layer of potato slices on the bottom of an oiled baking dish, salt them and sprinkle with a mixture of chopped garlic, parsley and grated pecorino cheese

    Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes
