
Cod with milk is a tasty second course made with frozen cod cooked in a delicious mix of butter and milk, flavored with rosemary and sage. A simple dish to prepare but with a delicate and irresistible flavor.









Quickly brown the cod in butter on both sides; season with salt and pepper, cover with milk, add a bit of sage and rosemary, and cook over low heat until almost all the milk is absorbed.
From time to time, gently stir the pieces of cod, but do so carefully to avoid breaking it.
