
Hake on the Plate
Hake on the plate is a tasty and simple fish-based main course. The hake is cooked together with mushrooms and flavored with parsley and dry white wine. Preparation

Wash and clean the hake and cut it into fillets

Finely chop an onion and spread it in a buttered baking dish

Clean and slice the mushrooms and place them in the baking dish along with the onion

Arrange the fish fillets in the dish, season with salt, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with a little grated Parmesan cheese

Pour the white wine so that the hake is half submerged, add the melted butter, and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about fifteen minutes until the dish is well gratinated
