Hake in a dish is a tasty and simple main course based on fish. The hake is cooked together with mushrooms and flavored with parsley and dry white wine. Once cooked, it is sprinkled with breadcrumbs and grated Parmigiano to obtain a crispy crust. A light and flavorful dish to enjoy on any occasion.

Wash and clean the hake and cut it into fillets
Finely chop a small onion and spread it in a buttered baking dish
Clean and slice the mushrooms and place them in the baking dish together with the onion
Arrange the fish fillets in the dish, salt them and sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with a little grated Parmigiano
Pour the white wine so that the hake is half submerged, add the melted butter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until the dish is nicely gratinated
At this point remove from the oven and sprinkle with washed and chopped parsley, season with pepper and serve
