Gratinated hake is a tasty and simple second course based on fish. The hake is cooked together with mushrooms and flavored with parsley and dry white wine. Once cooked, it is sprinkled with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese to obtain a crispy crust. A light and flavorful dish to enjoy on any occasion.

Wash and clean the hake and cut it into fillets
Finely chop a small onion and spread it in a buttered baking dish
Clean and slice the mushrooms and place them in the baking dish along with the onion
Arrange the fish fillets in the dish, season with salt and sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with a little grated Parmesan cheese
Pour the white wine so that the hake remains half submerged in melted butter and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the dish is well gratinéd
At this point remove from the oven and sprinkle with washed and chopped parsley, season with pepper and serve
