In a bowl, mix the meat with the chopped ham, beaten eggs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper
Form it into a ball and, dusting with flour, shape it into a long form
In a pan, heat butter and oil, and carefully brown a mixture of onion, carrot, and celery
Add the meatloaf and brown it on all sides
Add the tomato paste diluted with a bit of hot water and stir
Cover and let it cook slowly for about an hour
Cut the meatloaf into slices not too thin and cover them with the sauce
