Karjalanpaisti is a traditional dish from Finnish cuisine, originating from the Karelia region. It is a stew made of beef and pork, enriched with carrots, turnip tops, and onion, flavored with black pepper and bay leaf. It is cooked for a long time to ensure tender and succulent meat. A tasty and hearty dish, perfect for cold winter days.
