Lamb with Potatoes and Artichokes is a delicious traditional Italian dish that combines the flavor of lamb meat with the unique taste of artichokes and potatoes. This recipe is perfect for a special dinner or to celebrate special occasions. The lamb meat is slow-cooked with the vegetables, creating a rich and flavorful dish. The potatoes and artichokes are sliced and added to the dish for a pleasant texture. Everything is seasoned with a mix of spices and dressed with white wine for an extra touch of flavor.

Cut the artichokes into wedges and sauté them in a pan with oil, garlic, and chopped onion; deglaze with white wine and cook them by adding the artichoke broth (obtained by toasting the flour in a saucepan with oil and the stems of the artichokes and then covering with cold water and allowing to boil for about 30 minutes).
Also add the boiled, peeled potatoes cut into small pieces. In a separate pan with oil, brown the lamb meat, cleaned of fat and sinews; season with salt and pepper and serve with the artichokes and potatoes.
