Lamb with paprika is a traditional dish of Hungarian cuisine, but with its rich and spicy flavor, it has become very popular in other European cuisines as well. Brown 1000 g of lamb meat cut into pieces and floured in hot oil
Then remove the meat and sauté 2 sliced onions and 1 clove of garlic in the cooking base
Add the lamb meat, season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of paprika, moisten with 1 cup of yogurt, cover, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes
Serve hot with sliced boiled potatoes
