    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 6

      Pour the oil, chopped parsley, garlic, 1/2 glass of white wine, and crab meat into a pan and place the pan over high heat

    2. STEP 2 OF 6

      Once it starts boiling, uncover and let the wine evaporate by lowering the heat

    3. STEP 3 OF 6

      At this point, pour in the brandy, increase the heat, add a bit of salt, plenty of pepper, the two teaspoons of Worcester sauce, and the curry previously dissolved in a little hot water

    4. STEP 4 OF 6

      Let it cook for a few minutes, add the cream, stir, and turn off the heat

    5. STEP 5 OF 6

      When the linguine is cooked, drain it and pour it into the pan with the sauce kept warm

    6. STEP 6 OF 6

      Mix well and serve
