
Linguine with crab meat is an Italian first course made with linguine pasta seasoned with crab meat, olive oil, chopped parsley, garlic, dry white wine, brandy, cream, curry, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. This dish is very tasty and creamy, perfect for a special lunch or dinner.


















Pour into a pan the oil, chopped parsley, and garlic, half a glass of white wine, and crab meat, and place the pan on a high heat.
Once boiling, uncover and let the wine evaporate while lowering the flame.
At this point, pour in the brandy, raise the heat, add some salt, plenty of pepper, the two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, and the curry previously dissolved in a little hot water.
Let cook for a few minutes, add the cream, stir, and turn off the heat.
When the linguine are cooked, drain them and pour them into the pan with the warmed sauce.
Mix well and serve.
