Pour the olive oil, chopped parsley, garlic, 1/2 glass of white wine, and crab meat into a pan and place the pan over high heat
Once it starts boiling, uncover and let the wine evaporate by lowering the heat
At this point, pour in the brandy, increase the heat, add a bit of salt, plenty of pepper, the two teaspoons of Worcester sauce, and the curry previously dissolved in a little hot water
Let it cook for a few minutes, add the cream, stir, and turn off the heat
When the linguine is cooked, drain it and pour it into the pan with the sauce kept warm
Mix well and serve
