Peel a large handful of almonds in boiling water and chop in a blender along with a generous handful of fresh mint leaves
Add the contents of a 120 g can of tuna in oil, about two cloves of garlic, and chop a little more
Dilute slightly with a tablespoon of pasta cooking water, adjust the salt
Serves to dress about 400 g of linguine or spaghetti
