
Linguine with Mint is a fresh and aromatic first course, perfect for summer. The combination of crunchy almonds, fresh mint leaves and tuna in oil creates a unique and delicious mix of flavors. This recipe is very simple to prepare and requires very little cooking time.



Blanch a large handful of almonds in boiling water, peel them and chop in the blender together with a generous handful of fresh mint leaves
Add the contents of a can of tuna in oil (about 120 g) and two cloves of garlic, then pulse a little more
Thin slightly with a tablespoon of pasta cooking water and season with salt
This is enough to dress about 400 g of linguine or spaghetti
