
Linguine with Seafood

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
In a pan, put a tablespoon of oil, a clove of garlic, and a bit of oregano; when hot, add the washed clams and let them open

Separately, open the mussels as well

In a saucepan, sauté two cloves of garlic with a bit of oil, add the diced tomatoes, boiled linguine, shellfish, chopped basil, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of clam cooking juice

Mix everything, place it in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil; close the foil and bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes
