It is a simple yet very tasty preparation that combines the flavors of the sea with the freshness of the ingredients. Ideal to enjoy during the summer, this recipe requires the use of mussels, clams, chopped peeled tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

In a pan, add a tablespoon of oil, a clove of garlic, and a bit of oregano; when they are hot, add the washed clams and let them open.
Separately, also open the mussels.
In a pan, sauté two cloves of garlic with a bit of oil, add the chopped tomatoes, the cooked linguine, the mollusks, chopped basil, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of the clam cooking liquid.
