
Seafood pasta is a typical dish of Italian cuisine, particularly widespread in coastal regions. It is a simple but very tasty preparation that combines the flavors of the sea with the freshness of the ingredients. Ideal to enjoy during the summer, this recipe requires the use of mussels, clams, chopped peeled tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.




In a pan put a tablespoon of oil, a clove of garlic and a little oregano; when they are hot add the washed clams and let them open
Separately, open the mussels as well
In a saucepan sauté two cloves of garlic with a little oil, add the chopped tomatoes, the cooked linguine, the shellfish, the chopped basil, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of the clam cooking juice
Mix, place everything in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil; close the parcel and bake in the oven at 220°C for 5 minutes
