Ideal to enjoy during the summer, this recipe requires the use of mussels, clams, chopped peeled tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

  • Mussels300g
  • Clams400g
  • Chopped peeled tomatoes1can
  • Garlic
    Garlic3cloves
  • Olive oil

    In a pan put a tablespoon of oil, a clove of garlic and a little oregano; when they are hot add the washed clams and let them open

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Separately, open the mussels as well

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    In a saucepan sauté two cloves of garlic with a little oil, add the chopped tomatoes, the cooked linguine, the shellfish, the chopped basil, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of the clam cooking juice

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Mix, place everything in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil; close the parcel and bake in the oven at 220°C for 5 minutes
