Next, season with salt and pepper, add paprika and Marsala; then pour in the brandy and ignite
Finally, add cream, the beaten egg, and let it cook for 10 minutes; serve the lobster with its cooking sauce and accompany it with toasted bread slices that you have previously toasted.
