

Marinated dentex is a delicious fish main course. The dentex is marinated with garlic, rosemary, olive oil and lemon juice, then cooked in a pan and served with a crunchy breadcrumbs crust. It is a light and tasty dish, perfect for a summer dinner.
Clean the dentex by removing the entrails and the scales, insert the garlic and a little rosemary inside and place it in a dish
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and drizzle with a little oil and the white wine
Marinate the fish for 30 minutes, then drain it, coat it in breadcrumbs, place it in a baking dish, pour the marinade over it and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
Cook a red bell pepper with the same seasoning for about 30 minutes
