
Marinated salmon is a delicious dish made from raw salmon marinated with sugar, salt, pepper, chopped fresh dill and lemon juice. The marinade gives the salmon a delicate flavor and a tender texture. This dish is perfect to serve as an appetizer or as a light main course.




Clean a salmon of about 1000 g and cut it lengthwise
Remove the bones and fill it with 2 tablespoons of sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 100 g of chopped fresh dill
Wrap the salmon in aluminum foil and let it marinate for 2 days in the refrigerator
Then wash, dry and skin the salmon, slice it thinly and season it with lemon juice
Serve with slices of toasted buttered bread
