The cooked meatloaf is a classic dish of Italian cuisine. It is prepared with cooked meat of any type, raw chicken blended with cream, Pancarré soaked in milk, egg, salt, pepper and aromatic herbs. They are baked in the oven and served hot or cold. Ideal for a hearty lunch or dinner.
Obtain parchment paper
Chop the meat and mix well with all the ingredients
Form a meatloaf with wet hands directly on the damp parchment paper, wrap it well in the paper and then in aluminum foil
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes
Prepare the sauce separately; it can be a tomato sauce (optionally with vegetables), a fondue, or a béchamel flavored with mushrooms, cheeses, etc.
