Preparation

Get some parchment paper

Chop the meat and mix well with all the ingredients

Make a meatloaf with wet hands directly on the wet parchment paper, wrap it well in the paper and then in aluminum foil

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes
