
The Mediterranean side dish with mushrooms is a delicious and colorful preparation based on vegetables and mushrooms. Chop plenty of parsley with garlic
Put a pan on the heat with 1 tablespoon of oil and when the mixture is hot, add the mushrooms and cook on high heat
Salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice
Add the remaining mixture, stir and turn off the heat
Cook for 10 minutes in another pan the vegetables in a little oil, add the mushrooms, let them flavor and serve
