Chop plenty of parsley with the garlic
Place a pan on the heat with 1 tablespoon of oil and half of the chopped mixture; once hot, add the mushrooms and cook them over high heat
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice
Add the remaining chopped mixture, stir, and turn off the heat
Cook the vegetables in another pan with a little oil for 10 minutes, add the mushrooms, let them absorb the flavors, and serve
