Mexican beans are a typical side dish of Mexican cuisine. Made with dried beans soaked in water, beef stew meat, vegetables and spices, this dish is rich in intense flavors and aromas. Perfect to serve with grilled meat or tortillas.
Take a large pot and brown the cubed beef in the oil, then add the onion, green bell pepper and garlic and sauté everything for five minutes.
Then add all the other ingredients except the beans and cook everything for 1 hour or more; then add the beans and finish cooking until done.
