Preparation

    Boil the millet in half a liter of lightly salted boiling water until the grain has absorbed all the water

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    In a saucepan, prepare a sauté with onion, add the cleaned and chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes

    Mix the vegetables and millet, form 12 balls, coat them in sesame seeds, and steam them for 10 minutes
