Sauté the mushrooms in the butter with the garlic
Add the soaked and chopped dried mushrooms as well, season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with the flour, thin with the milk and remove the garlic
Cook over low heat until done
Stir in the Parmesan and chopped parsley
Brush the bread with oil and brown it in the oven
Top it with the mixture and garnish with lettuce
