Mushrooms with spinach are a delicious, flavorful yet light side dish, perfect to pair with meat or fish mains. Champignon mushrooms are sautéed in a pan with some Marsala wine and then enriched with boiled and chopped spinach, grated Parmigiano cheese and butter. A pinch of salt and pepper complete this delicacy.

    Champignon mushrooms300g
  • Boiled and chopped spinach450g
  • Grated parmigiano cheeseto taste
  • Marsala wine1small glass
  • Butter
    Butterto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste
