Mussel meatballs are a tasty main course made with fresh mussels, eggs, mortadella, garlic, plum tomatoes, breadcrumbs and grated Grana cheese. Open the mussels in the white wine and remove them from their shells
Chop them, add the egg, the chopped mortadella, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and 3 tablespoons of grated Grana, salt and pepper, and form small meatballs
Chop a bunch of parsley and brown it in oil with the whole garlic clove, add the diced tomatoes and the meatballs, adjust salt and cook for about 10 minutes
