
Mustard is a delicious condiment made from fresh mustard seeds and aromatic sauces. This recipe originates from the Italian region of Umbria and is served as an accompaniment for meat dishes or cheeses.













Pour the white wine into a saucepan and add the mustard seeds, cloves, chili peppers, and saffron
Heat it and let the wine evaporate by a quarter, then strain everything
Put the flour in a bowl and add the milk, mixing it without forming lumps
Warm this mixture over low heat and then add it to the mustard puree
Stir everything and blend it with peanut oil poured in a thin stream in the necessary amount to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Finally, add the vinegar according to your taste
Store this sauce in glass jars, cover the surface with a thin layer of oil, and keep it in the refrigerator
