The omelette with ragù is a delicious side dish made with eggs, ready-made meat ragù and Formaggio Fontina. This recipe is easy to prepare and very flavorful. It can be enjoyed year-round and pairs perfectly with other dishes of Italian cuisine.
Heat the ragù
Beat 2 whole eggs with 2 yolks
Whip the remaining egg whites until stiff and fold them into the other eggs
Pour the mixture into a pan in which 1 tablespoon of oil has been heated
Let the omelette set on one side, then flip it
Spread the Fontina and the ragù over the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately
