Heat the sauce
Beat 2 whole eggs with 2 yolks
Whisk the remaining egg whites until stiff and fold them into the other eggs
Pour the mixture into a pan where 1 tablespoon of oil has been heated
Let the omelette set on one side, then flip it
Spread the fontina and sauce over the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately
