
Onion Crostini

Ingredients
- Baguette bread
12Slices - Small white onions
2 - Parmesan cheese
60G - Bechamel sauceto taste
- Olive oil
3Tablespoons - Saltto taste
- White pepperto taste
Preparation

In a pan, heat the oil and let the onions, sliced very thinly, soften

Add salt

When they become transparent, remove from heat

Drain them well and let them cool

Add the onions and grated Parmesan to the bechamel sauce (you can also use ready-made), adjust salt and pepper

Spread the mixture on the bread slices and heat in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes
