Clean and wash the broccoli, score the stem and cook it in plenty of salted water
Drain it al dente and let it cool on a surface
In a sauté pan, brown the garlic with a drizzle of extra oil, add the broccoli coarsely chopped and immediately after the scampi
Sauté everything for a few moments, then add the fish stock, the tomato cut into julienne strips, and the necessary salt and pepper
Drain the pasta al dente, toss it with the sauce just obtained, and serve immediately
