
Orecchiette with Squid
A tasty and simple first course to prepare, perfect for squid lovers. The orecchiette perfectly match with fresh squid and broccoli, enriched by the intense flavor of anchovy fillets.
Ingredients
- Fresh squid
2525 - Orecchiette pasta
350G350G - Broccoli
350350 - Anchovy fillets
22 - Olive oil
4Tablespoons4Tablespoons - Chili pepper
1Pinch1Pinch - Garlic
1Clove1Clove - Saltto taste

Preparation

Clean the broccoli, wash them in plenty of water, and chop them finely
- STEP 2 OF 5
Now separate the head of the squid from the rest of the body and cut it finely into regular pieces

Prepare a sauté with oil and a clove of crushed garlic, which you will remove once it is browned

Dissolve the anchovy fillets in a couple of tablespoons of water and add the tip of chili pepper, the heads, and the pieces of squid

Cook the orecchiette in plenty of salted water along with the broccoli tops. Drain everything and mix vigorously with the previously prepared sauce
