
Oriental Hamburger

Preparation

Open the oysters and extract the mollusks
- STEP 2 OF 9
Peel the potato and cut it into very thin strips, place them in a pan with a tablespoon of hot oil and brown them over medium heat, then remove from heat, salt them, and gather them into two flattened piles

Blanch the peas in a pot with boiling water, then cool them under running water

Wash the soybean sprouts and let them drain

Clean the peppers by removing the seeds and white membranes inside, then cut them into thin strips

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces

Heat the sesame oil in a wok or pan and sauté the vegetables over medium heat, stirring continuously for 10 minutes

At the end, season them with soy sauce, coriander, turmeric, and curry

Distribute the vegetables on two warm individual plates, place the hamburgers on top (which you have prepared following the procedure described in the recipe 'Hamburger with Watercress and Quail Eggs'), sprinkle everything with the remaining cooking juices from the wok, and garnish with the oyster and potato strips
